I have drove in a lot of cities in the US, Philippines, Europe and others...
What I don't understand is how can cities like Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, and San Antonio TX, have so many drivers that drive slower in the in-side lane and when a faster vehicle is approaching the slower vehicle starts to slow down and the driver is actually driving closer to the actual speed limit is getting frustrated.
Questions:
1. should there be more law enforcement watching for these types of drivers and issue a warning?
2. should there be a mandatory class for these drivers (and others) when they are issued or stopped for impeding the traffic flow?
